Recycling carts are available in two different sizes to fit your needs. The cart portion is managed and maintained by the City of Appleton. The curbside pickup portion is managed by the county and they contract with a private hauler called Orion Waste Solutions. The City of Appleton in conjunction with Outagamie County Recycling & Solid Waste provide recycling service to the residents of Appleton in a collaborative effort. Charges are included on your quarterly City Service Invoice (Water Bill.) Garbage carts are available in three different sizes to fit your needs.
